Shiloh Strong grew up among the towering redwoods of Northern California, where a love for nature and creativity took root early. Now based in Southern California, Shiloh channels his lifelong passion for storytelling, whether through photography, directing, or writing. He’s a builder and tinkerer at heart, constantly finding inspiration in the surf, the sun, and his creative workspace, Surf Shack Studios in Santa Monica.

From the early days of his acting career to his work behind the camera, Shiloh has dedicated himself to bringing out the essence of every story and every person he captures. His journey has taken him from the rugged beauty of Northern California to the vibrant creative scene of Southern California, where he thrives on projects that invite depth, humor, and artistry.

Shiloh’s studio isn’t just a place; it’s a reflection of his spirit—where craft meets character, and where he creates moments that feel authentic and alive. Whether he’s directing, capturing a portrait, or building something from scratch, Shiloh brings a dedication and insight that lets his work speak for itself.

Telling Stories.

Shiloh is an accomplished writer and director with a passion for bringing unique stories to life. His work has been sought after by industry leaders like Lionsgate, LD Entertainment, Point Grey Pictures, and Amazon Studios, where he’s sold both screenplays and TV pilots. Shiloh’s directing talent has earned him multiple awards, including Best Online Short Film at the Tribeca Film Festival.

He served as a resident director on Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World, directing 15 episodes, and has also directed pilots, advertising campaigns, and short films that connect with audiences on a meaningful level. As a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, the WGA, and the DGA, Shiloh continues to bring his vision and experience to every project, always with a commitment to craft and storytelling.

Elsewhere.

If he's not being creative he can be found floundering in the Pacific somewhere between Baja California and Southern Oregon on a surfboard.

He might not be catching that many waves but he’s great at getting water in his ears.
